A little bit about me:
As a young man I dreamed of becoming a photographer for National Geographic, traveling the world capturing and sharing what I experienced. It should come as no surprise I settled for my second career choice and studied the science behind photography, applying that to a long and fulfilling career in industry.
In both my personal and professional life I have been very fortunate to have been able to travel extensively and develop (no pun intended) as a photographer. I have also been blessed with a supportive wife and two wonderful daughters who grew up with a father always taking their picture. To many a friend they have explained ‘it’s what we do’.
A lot has changed since using an old Minolta SRT-101 camera pushing Tri-X film to ASA 800 to take pictures for the high school newspaper. My darkroom has been replaced by a computer and notebooks of negatives are now terabytes of files. But the joy of capturing, creating and sharing images has not changed.
It’s now time to revisit my dream to travel and share my images with others. Thank you for visiting my website, I hope you have enjoyed the images posted here.
